The GETSLOFF DESIGN GROUP, Inc. is now in its 32nd year of operation.

 

The company was formed in 1988 to provide interior design and space planning services in the commercial, medical, institutional, hospitality and corporate environments. We offer PLANNING, DESIGN, CONSULTING, SPECIFICATIONS PUBLISHING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT on a contract basis. The firm has been responsible for the design of over approximately 10 million square feet of contract commercial design and planning in the Western New York markets as well as working with Fortune 500 companies in the national arena.

 

We provide full service from the earliest stages of design definition and cost estimation to the final on-site walk through. When a project requires special engineering, architectural or mechanical services we form alliances with other contract professionals.

We work with our clients to establish a schedule time line early in project development in order to maintain regular supervision on behalf of our clients. WE PREFER TO DESIGN TO A FIXED BUDGET AND TIME LINE TO MINIMIZE COST OVER-RUNS WHICH MAY OCCUR AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSES. Without a comprehensive understanding of a project budget, it is impossible to bring a project to a satisfactory closure.

The GETSLOFF DESIGN GROUP, Inc. Believes in full disclosure to our clients. We are not a product 'reseller'. We will, however, negotiate direct purchases for our clients without applying a product uplift. We feel that this format provides a more pure and direct design; unclouded by any conflict of interest.

WE HAVE ADOPTED THE POSITION OF 'SERVICE FIRST' FOR OUR CLIENTS. We limit our client base to a select few to ensure that we can supply complete and quality service to those who have chosen us.​
